EinScan Pro HD

A high-performance 3D scanner that delivers impressive resolution, speed and accuracy. It can be used handheld or in fixed tripod mode for complete flexibility across professional workflows.

The EinScan Pro HD is engineered for professionals who need fast, accurate, and consistent 3D data across a wide variety of applications. Its advanced projection system improves the capture of dark, reflective, and complex surfaces, while the modular design supports colour capture and high-precision fixed scanning when needed. Whether you are reverse engineering mechanical parts, documenting artwork, or creating detailed digital models, the Pro HD delivers reliable performance in both handheld and fixed tripod mode.

Fine Details

The Pro HD uses stripe-pattern scanning in both fixed and handheld HD modes to capture fine geometry with remarkable clarity. Its point distance ranges from 0.24 mm in fixed mode to 0.2–3 mm in handheld mode, giving you flexible detail control across different project types.

Fewer Limitations

Enhanced light projection and advanced algorithms allow the Pro HD to capture dark, black, and cast-metal surfaces with far fewer challenges. This makes it suitable for a much wider range of materials and real-world environments.

Fast Workflows

The scanner processes up to 3,000,000 points per second in handheld mode and captures each frame in under 0.5 seconds in fixed mode. These speeds significantly reduce scan time, helping you move from object to data more efficiently.

High Accuracy

In fixed mode, the Pro HD achieves accuracy up to 0.04 mm, producing clean and reliable data for precise digital reconstruction. Handheld scanning with marker alignment also delivers strong volumetric accuracy, making it ideal for reverse engineering tasks.

User Friendly Software

EXScan Pro provides an intuitive workflow with guided steps for calibration, scanning, and post-processing. Built-in tools for alignment, noise removal, hole filling, and mesh optimisation ensure smooth progression from raw scan to final model.

The Color Pack and Industrial Pack are optional add-ons for the EinScan Pro series

By attaching the Color Pack, the EinScan Pro series can capture full-color texture and enable texture alignment for more scanning possibilities. Color Pack activates texture tracking in handheld Rapid Mode to align scans without using markers.

Industrial Pack

EinScan Pro HD set up on a tripod scanning a small part on the Shining 3D turntable, with the Industrial Pack accessories displayed on the right.

Industrial Pack enables Fixed Scan with or without turntable to achieve high accuracy and details of scanned 3D data, allowing turntable alignment and coded target alignment for various possibilities of scanning small to medium size.
