EinScan Rigil

A tri-mode 3D scanner with built-in computing, wireless operation and hybrid light technology, designed for prosumers, engineers, automotive teams and educators who need flexible, high-accuracy scanning without a fixed workstation.

Price: £5,758.80 Inc VAT / £4,799.00 Exc VAT

The EinScan Rigil combines three scanning modes, wireless connectivity and on-device computing to deliver a fast, portable and fully integrated 3D capture workflow. Its hybrid light system, which includes 19+19 crossed blue laser lines, 7 parallel blue laser lines and VCSEL infrared, works with two dedicated camera groups to maintain high performance across a wide range of object sizes, surface types and lighting conditions. With 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m volumetric accuracy and up to 0.05 mm resolution, the Rigil excels in automotive, engineering, product design and education environments, providing reliable detail in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

Triple Work Modes

The Rigil gives you three ways to work. Standalone Mode lets you scan and process directly on the device. Wireless PC Mode uses Wi-Fi 6 to connect to a computer for more power when you need it. Wired PC Mode delivers maximum speed and stability for demanding, high-volume projects.

Hybrid Light Source

Two dedicated camera groups capture two types of light: blue laser lines and VCSEL infrared. This combination gives you strong performance across different materials and environments, from fine details to challenging surfaces.

Laser HD Mode

Laser HD Mode captures high-quality models with 0.04 + 0.06 mm/m volumetric accuracy and up to 0.05 mm resolution. It uses 19+19 crossed laser lines for fast scanning and 7 parallel blue laser lines for fine-detail work.

Dynamic Laser Switching

Switch between blue laser modes during a scan and merge the data into one project. This gives you both speed and detail without restarting your workflow.

IR Rapid Mode

IR Rapid Mode uses VCSEL infrared to capture medium to large objects quickly and accurately. It works at distances from 160 to 1500 mm and captures up to 1.6 million points per second with volumetric accuracy up to 0.1 + 0.3 mm/m.

Marker-Free Laser Scanning

A specialised tracking algorithm lets the Rigil perform blue laser scanning without markers. The Laser plus IR hybrid mode provides better efficiency than marker-based workflows and produces higher-quality data than marker-free IR scanning alone.

Full Color Texture Scanning

A built-in 5MP camera captures high-fidelity textures, helping designers, engineers and artists maintain accurate colours and surface details throughout the digitisation process.

Wireless Workflow

Scan without a PC, share data directly to the Shining3D Cloud and cast your screen to a second display. The wireless workflow makes it easy to collaborate and move freely.

Outdoor Scanning

The hybrid light system performs well in strong sunlight and adapts to dark or reflective metal surfaces without spray. This makes the Rigil suitable for workshops, studios and outdoor sites.
